1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), creator KYC details (PAN, legal name, UPI ID), connected social account handles and performance metrics, and device and network identifiers used to prevent fraud.
2. How we use it
To run campaigns, verify views, calculate and send payouts, meet tax obligations (TDS and GST), prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, and communicate with you about your account.
3. How we protect it
PAN numbers are stored only as keyed hashes plus the last four characters. Sessions are signed and HTTP-only. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it.
4. Sharing
Brands see the public handle and performance of videos submitted to their campaigns, never your PAN, UPI or contact details. We share data with payment and KYC providers to process payouts, and with authorities where legally required.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may access, correct or request deletion of your data, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal purposes.
