1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Vyuzz, a marketplace connecting brands that fund pay-per-view campaigns with creators who publish content on their own social accounts. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Creators must complete KYC (PAN and UPI) before receiving payouts. One person may hold only one creator account.
3. Campaigns and payments
Brands fund campaigns in advance. The creator budget is held in escrow and released only against verified views, after a verification hold. A platform fee and applicable GST are charged to brands at launch. Unspent budget is returned to the brand wallet when a campaign ends.
4. Creator earnings
Earnings are calculated on verified views at the campaign's published rate, subject to per-video, per-creator and campaign caps. TDS is deducted where required by law. We may withhold, reduce or reverse payouts for content that fails verification or breaks these terms.
5. Content
Creators keep ownership of their content and grant the funding brand a licence to reshare it for the campaign's duration. Content must comply with the campaign rules, platform policies, applicable law and ASCI guidelines, including disclosure of paid partnerships.
6. Prohibited conduct
No purchased views, bots, engagement pods, duplicate accounts, reposted content or misleading claims. Violations may lead to rejection, clawback and permanent suspension.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
